Help!
got an upgrade today over the phone from Vodafone. As soon as it was ordered my emails stopped working!
tried loads of things but to no avail. As my new phone isn't coming for four days anyone know how I can fix this?
tried phoning Vodafone but no joy!

What type of Blackberry have you got.
If it still relies on BIS or BES it's likely that service has been accidentally stopped during the upgrde process.
If the phone shows 3G/GPRS in upper case BIS/BES is running.
If it's in lower case (3g/gprs) they aren't running.
If you need this service running and it isn't, call customer services on 191 and ask them to re-instate the Blackberry services.

Arranging your upgrade shouldn't have affected things.
I assume your Vodafone Services for making calls, texts and data are still working.
Perhaps try turning your phone off and on to soft reset it.
Perhaps try removing your email settings and re enter them.

It shows as 3G. I might give them a call and see if they can reinstate this.
