I am desperate to contact Vodaphone who seem to be really bad at communication. I have something on my credit file that should have been stopped 2 years ago due to my DRO. Vodaphone are still showing as an amount owed and defaulting me and marking as a missed payment still. You are breaking the law by doing this yet after letters and emails you continue to do so ! It’s needs sorting NOW !
