keep getting this error message when trying to register my sure signal

Great - so you are now finally admitting that is it not me and not the unit itself - after 3 months of this.
But the link does not give me anything else?
It does not tell me when it is likely to be fixed?
What is the actual problem?
Its been 3 months so far with an abominable mobile reception in my house that turns out not to be my problem.
Furthermore - I've now had the unit for 4 years and Vodafone has done nothing to improve the signal in my area here - and as long as we keep paying for these units - I don't think Vodafone has any insentive to improve this.
I live 20 miles from the World Headquarters of Vodafone near Newbury - and in 2014 I still have a 3rd world connection whilst they just raking in the money.
Never mind - I'm only a customer and totally in your hands. So apologise if I sound synical.
Would be good if I can have a ETA of when this is likely to be fixed????

Hi there - what is happening about this?
It is now 6 days later and I still have not heard anything?
Is this going to be fixed?
Are you replacing my unit for one that does work and does receive your updates?
Or am I just left in the learch?
Please can you help me and get it such that I get reception back in my house again????????

Hi kirklauf,
The issue mentioned was resolved last week as posted here. This was in relation to an ISP issue.
Your speedtest results show that your download speed isn't at the recommended 3Mps we recommend for Sure Signal V1 to work effectively.
If your internet speeds have dropped in recent times, you'll need to speak to your ISP about your options.

Hello there - not heard anything???? What is going on??? Why do I still not have the issue fixed?
How long do I have to wait?
Why are you not exchanging my unit for one that you know will help me?
What is going on with Vodafone?
Please can you fix my Sure Signal so it works?
I cannot buy a new one - as I do not think this one I have is the problem - and when I buy a new one I will have the same problem again???

Hello - I've for the umpteens time reset the Sure Signal and it is still not working - despite your telling us it is????
Please tell me what I can do to fix this issue - obvioiusly I do not have to tell you that I'm at boiling point and if I had an alternative I would have already taken it.

Hello - FYI information - I have 7MB download speed and have had the last few months a minimum of 6MB download speed. Can you let me know before the 48 hour respond time is up please?
This has now been since June where I'm not able to get a descent vodafone connection.
If this was not for work - I would not be with vodafone anymore.
I'm between a rock and hard wall with nowhere to go and no one in vodafone to care either.
I'm just keep updating this post - so others can see what a struggle they have to go through to get help from vodafone. I don't think that is unreasonable.

Looking through your posts, I just need clarify your exact issue.
The title of this thread relates to an error that users get when they’re trying to register their Sure Signal.
You say that you’ve been having an issue with your Sure Signal for three months, yet you’ve been able to de-register and then register your Sure Signal again without issue.
Where have you seen this error?
What light sequence actually shows on your Sure Signal?
Have you had a SIM card change in the last three months, as this could detach the numbers from the Sure Signal?

Hi there - I've been able to de-register and re-register ONLINE - not on my Sure Signal box - DUH!!!!!
The light signals are: First I get the Power light on steady.
Then I get the second one - which blinks for many times and then stays steady.
So - then when both the power and the second LED are steady - the forth LED is blinking many times.
Then it all goes back to just the power LED - and the sequence keeps repeating itself.
Can someone help?
