Exelent customer service at vodafone

Hi all just wanted to post this good experice I had with vodafone customer serivces recently I upgraded 4 months early to a iPhone 6  called up to upgrade as couldnt do it in store as had to wait till november so called up got a very good deal on phone arrived with DPD when promised went into store to do a sim swap very helpfull there too so vodafone customer services isnt bad afterall as I know I;ve read bad things about it on here

@blissgirl Thanks for posting as most people coming to these board have a problem of one sort or another.

My own experience with Vodaone is much the same as your own, all of my transactions with vodafone have gone smoothly.

It was the Dumfries store that served me his name was Fraser I think that did the sim swap & Waka that did the upgrade over the phone
