Our old SureSignal (v1) finally died we beleive (all the lights were happy, but no phones would see/connect it), so my wife dug out another one (v2) we she was provided with on an earlier contract and which was still boxed.
Logged into her account, we clicked on the "replace" button, it asked for the new unit's serial number which I added then hit OK. At that point the web site seemed to have died (and was then in "maintenace" mode for about 30mins!). Anyway, unplugged old, plugged in new - two white lights flashed for 10mins, and then went out. Nothing happening, have rebooted a couple of times - no joy.
Been back onto the Vodafone site, and the old SureSignal is showing as "suspended", but no sign of the new one. Tried to re-register it but the serial number is already registered - so looks like something's stuck somewhere? Can someone take a look please?

SureSignal Serial 40121040329
BTW, since we've had SureSignal's for years that nothing has changed on the network side - so assuming the Vodafone end "replace" process has gone wrong somehow?

Called Vodafone SureSignal support. "Suspended" v2 box was re-enabled - apparently if a box isn't used for 3 months it's assumed lost, so is suspended.
Anyway, one factory reset and 24 hours later all burst into life.
Happy days
Thanks
