Hi Timrule,
Your Sure Signal is running an old firmware version which is causing this issue.
I've sent an update to your Sure Signal this evening. Please don't reset or unplug the device for at least 24 hours.
After this time, you'll need to turn the phones off and back on. Everything should then be back to normal. :smileywink:
