Hello,
I havent used my vodafone account in so long i have forgotten my username and password, and it wont allow me to use my email address as my user name. When i try to reset, it just comes up with an error message saying my email is wrong when its not.
I need to access my account ASAP, please help!!!!!

Hi,
If the reset avenues are not working then you'll most probably need to speak with customer service on 191 or Live Chat.

I am unable to call at the moment, and live chat isnt working on my web browser it just keeps going to the contact us page.....

JI assume your using a computer.
Ensure pop ups are allowed and any content blockers are off.
Try another browser.
Then let the chat window remain open and an agent should engage when ones free.
Edit, just checked and it's working.
