I have found a mobile phone with a Vodaphone SIM card.
The phone is PIN locked and it appears to have been blocked so I have no way of contacting the owner.
If I provide you with the details on the SIM are you able to contact the owner?

Vodafone wouldn't be able to access details due to data protection so could not assist.
Does the Vodafone Logo still appear in the iPhone's status bar ?
Try holding down the home button to engage Siri and ask it to phone home.
If it is blocked then it won't work so it could be an idea to hand it in where you found it as the owner maybe re tracing their footsteps or hand to a police station.
Also try social media like Facebook as some groups try to help reunite found items with their owners.

Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

@BandOfBrothers, I totally agree with your answer.
I think you should hand to your nearest police station.
This can happen to anyone, And you can also find your lost iPhone by using Find my iPhone app.

Hi, this may seem a little uncooth? but can help to get the owners details... look up activation bypass on youtube? it will load a 3rd party IOS (lookalike) system when the Iphone is powered up, from there you are able to enter the settings & from there see the original owners email address
I cannot remember exactly how to do it, but it is easy to find if you google "Activation Bypass"
This procedure will not De-activate any Icloud locks..
I don't agree with this sort of thing normally but it is usefull occassionally for this type of incident
Good luck with finding the owner
