Free AirPods with iPhone X

Has anyone received there’s yet at all? I was told by 2 members of Vodafone staff on live chat (which I have transcripts for) that I qualified for free AirPods and would receive them in December. As of yet I’ve not heard anything. Bit shoddy if I’m honest, got 6 contracts and spend around £300 a month so a pair of free AirPods is the vey least Vodafone could do

Have friends on EE who received free Beats X with their upgrades and were given them with the phone. If I don’t get them it’s going to be the final straw for me with Vodafone, long term customers like myself are just not looked after at all

Did you follow the criteria set. 

In the T&C's it also says "By invitation only and on orders placed between 27 and 30 October 2017. While stocks last."

Followed criteria and was told by two members of your online chat team that i was defo recieving them in december. Have transcripts to prove it
