Free AirPods with iPhone X

Lots of talk about first iPhone X 1000 customers getting free AirPods, Voda CS confirmed this is true. I registered interest with the iPhone which is all I was told to do but not heard anything else. Did anyone get an email confirming free AirPods?

As an existing customer I completed the pre-order registration form on the day it went live, but i never received any email, nevermind one referrring to free AirPods. I pre-ordered at 7:57am on Friday 27th so hopefully I'll be in the first 1000, but not sure i qualify cos i never got the email.

Wonder how Vodafone chose who to send the email too...

So today Vodafone is supposed to send texts to those who will receive free airpods. Has any1 received any text yet?

I also upgraded prior to 8am on 27th so would hope to be in the first 1000. I never received an email regarding Airpods and have had a couple of conversations with Vodafone regarding it with no consistancy in what I'm told!  The last official response was on facebook where they advised it's the first 1000 orders from ALL orders received. Would be interested to know if anyone has received a text yet? Its a great promotion but it hasn't really been handled very well!

So finally i got a text from Vodafone . I’ll be getting free Airpods in December. I am so excited

Congrats, what time did you pre-order?

when did the text come?

I got a text around 7pm. And it says they will send an email from 4th December to confirm that the free Airpods has been shipped.

Did you get the offer email after completing the pre-registration form?

I remember fulling out Iphone x interest form couple of months back on vodafone website. On 23rd October i receievd an email about iphone and free Airpods promotion. i clicked on the link and it had similar form and i filled the form again just incase.  

I pre-ordered the phone around 8am via online
