it's simple, make a letter to the customer service, the address is on the website, but I'm afraid it will serve no purpose because the direction must come from top management.
It isn't possible to be worst like that
I believe that Vodafone think it isn't important because there are just few complains.
50 customers are nothing ... it does not account for all the people who do not come here to complain
What a pity!

Ive went through (removed according to House Rules) and escalated a complaint. free service that can take you through the process x
