Furious with Vodafone! Who do i write to to complain?

So same as most of you ive been waiting for my upgrade since Friday 10th, took day off work, never arrived , been on phone to customer services numerous times to be told 20 different things, i left it as i was sick of wasting time,
Ive rang this morning as on tuesday i received a text saying theyll update me as and when stock is in.
woke up today with an email saying," YOUR VODAFONE ORDER IS READY FOR DELIVERY ON FRIDAY 17TH APRIL 2015.. you will receive a one hour time slot on the morning of 17th "
3 people passed to on the phone, one told.me "your order hasnt been completed i can do this for you" another " i cant deal with this its an upgrade issue ill transfer you" and last but not least "yeah itll be around 3 weeks for your order to arrive"
i asked to speak to a manager or supervisor to which i got a stern No!
I am absolutely SICK! of chasing vodafone!
Does anyone know who i write to to make a formal complaint its that bad i have no words for the service ive received.

it's simple, make a letter to the customer service, the address is on the website, but I'm afraid it will serve no purpose because the direction must come from top management.

 

It isn't possible to be worst like that

 

I believe that Vodafone think it isn't important because there are just few complains.

 

50 customers are nothing ... it does not account for all the people who do not come here to complain

 

What a pity!

Ive went through (removed according to House Rules) and escalated a complaint. free service that can take you through the process x
