I am being passed from pillar to post, i am still awaiting a call from Customer Service Manager to make a formal complaint?? a call I made over a week ago. I have spoken to 5/6 different staff members some who tell me there are no signal issues in my area and that it is because i have an iphone 5 and the 3G cannot be turned off? there is NO 3G in my area never has been doesnt look as if there ever will be? some say there is maintenenace issues? another tells me there are 24hr emergency repairs?? I have no confidence in what you are telling me?? I have had this iphone 5 since May time it, it was fine, July/August I had no signal, but not just mine I also have 2 iphone 4 on my account and these are the same - never any internet connection unless connected to wi-fi and phone signal is very poor at home / work GL56. I am so dissappointed in Vodafone at the moment I have been a loyal customer for probably 10years and never received such dreadful service. This is not MY phone issue I can give you names of several vodafone customers who are all experiencing problems with vodafone signal - what we need are positive correct answers? I am paying a huge monthly sum to Vodafone for a service they are not offering

again I have done this over and over not acceptable
I now want all information on how to cancel my contracts with you, 3lines, due to breach of contract, I am paying for a service you are not offering

You won’t be able cancel your contract free of charge due to this.
If you did wish to cancel, you’ll need to pay the Early Exit Fee (EEF), which can be worked out as follows:
Monthly amount x months remaining – VAT – 2% discount = EEF
To do this, please get in touch with us, using the information I provided in my post above.

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? - this happens mainly in my home town/home/work all post code GL56
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the eForum, add it to your profile here.
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? I have 3 phones with you all are the same
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? no signal- no service
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?do not get 3G in GL56
6) When did you first notice this issue?JULY AUGUST NOVEMBER DECEMBER
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?signal
