As I understand it VF have decided not to stock athe HTC 10 which every press source that I have read has siad that this is an excellent Flagship phone - sound stupid !! I have been with Vodafone since mid-late 80's and with my current contract for 20 years approx, my last 4 phones have been HTC and they have never let me down, I waited until getting the latest specs for the HTC 10 so that I could choose to upgrade to it - However it may now be a case that I have to go elswhere to get this phone which again does seem very stupid that VF do not stock this !!!:smileymad:

Yes. Going via 3rd party sellers does seem to be the way at the moment. Their tarriffs sometimes aren't quite as good as the network's own, but that does seem to vary. The other advantage is that you don't get a network-locked device and it doesn't have any of the network apps burnt onto it (you can add most of them if you want later, though). Some network-specific services, such as wifi calling (not available on HTCs at the moment anyway) and maybe Wallet, won't be available, but that's about all.
