Hi CraigHanby,

Take a look here for where to get the latest updates. :Smiling:

Thanks,

Jenny

Sorry this doesnt work either, once on that page every link in regards to the software and updates just sends me to HTC webpage. Same as all the other vodafone links

Hi CraigHanby,

Thanks for the flag. I can see this also happens with the device support option too. I've raised this to the guys who manage our website.

As it's a phone from 2009, chances are the software updates are no longer provided. I've sent an email to HTC on your behalf and will let you know their response. :Winking_smiley:

Cheers, Ben

Hi CraigHanby,

I've not yet heard back from HTC. However, the team who maintain our support section are looking to amend or remove the link mentioned. I'll keep in touch with any updates here.

Cheers, Ben

Hi Ben,

Thanks for the update, I have been in contact with HTC & Microsoft my self, unfortunatley they didnt help at all.

The handset in question is used in business applications, the operating system im looking to upgrade to again is the only one compatible with certain software here.

I hope this gets sorted

Kind Regards

Hi CraigHanby,

Ben has flagged this and as soon as he has any news he'll update this post.

Thanks.

Hi CraigHanby,

I'm not getting any replies from HTC via the usual routes, so I've escalated this internally for you. I'll be back in touch as and when I hear more.

Cheers,

Ben

Ok thank you, this is getting a bit silly now, between 3 large companys (Vodafone, Microsoft & HTC) nobody can sort a small issue like this.

The issue here is that the device is no longer supported which is why you're having issues. Support for this version of Windows Phone was dropped a number of years ago.
