Can't text out since 04/02/2015 since visiting Andorra. Vodafone live chat tried to resolve issues, not sorted. Vodafone local branch tried several things, not resolved. Tried different sim card in phone all ok so its not a phone issue. Either vodafone sim or vodafone network problem. Can receive texts but not send

Have you tried getting a replacement SIM?   If it worked with a different one it does, as you suggest, point to it not being a problem with the device.

Hi, Vodafone store tried a new SIM and it didn't work. Been onto live chat again and they've suggested another (3rd) SIM card. I don't think anyone has a clue what's wrong. It's really annoying me now.
