Has anyone managed to return a Note 7?

Initially Vodafone sent me the royal mail return pack which was declined at the post office and I've been waiting over a week for a dpd return pack now which I was told would arrive last week. Surprise surprise, no sign of it! Really ##~## off with Vodafone and their customer service, soon as I get this returned and get a refund I'm done with this network! Has anyone had any joy returning the note 7 and getting a refund?

Hi All, I am pleased to say that I have now placed everything in the hands of the onburdsman and so at least that means i dont need to deal with Vodafone. If anyone wants to know more about the process i have created a new post "Note 7 - Best Vodafone Complaint Process".
