Haven't received my Vodafone Broadband Router yet. When will i get it?

Hi, on Saturday 8th October I ordered online the 'Superfast 38' fibre broadband and recieved a confirmation email and a 'Your Vodafone Order' email telling me I would receive my router within 1-2 days and that i would get a seperate email from the courier with a confirmed delivery date. My service is due to go live on the 25th of October, but i was wondering when i will receive my router, because i was expecting to receive an email from the courier (DPD) and it should have been delivered on Sunday/Monday (This is 1-2 days), but today (12 October 2016) is the 4th day and i'm now starting to wonder where it is? Could anybody help me?

Would there be anyway to track it?

Not sure. 

 

When vodafone despatch a phone they email a person a tracking number. 

 

Without that information you can't track. 

 

This is why I suggest to ring them.
