Having purchased a suresignal, the link to register it is missing from home page

appears to be missing?

I've logged a vodafone account via 'My Vodafone'  but nowhere on the page when logging in can I see a link to register the newly aquired suresignal, customer services is closed and the supposed 24/7 live chat is 'try later'

No amount of searching has provided me with the link for registering the suresignal.

Anyone?
