Hi,
I am continually receiving texts asking me to verify the location of my sure signal box. It hasnt moved, but my internet provider has changed. How do i stop the texts??

Hi jenkennedy1,
The change of Internet Service Provider (ISP) can cause these messages to come through.
All you need to do is login to your admin dashboard, change your postcode to a different one, leave it for about an hour and then change it back again.
If you still get the messages after doing this, post your Sure Signal serial number and we’ll take a look into it for you.
