Siraz

Hi i recently changed to Vodafone broadband and there is no broadband connection been trying all day and night yesterday and still not connected.

phoned home broadband team twice and waited 1 hour each on phone call and telling me it will be up and running by giving them the router serial number nothing worked , this first call was during the day and then at night telephone at 21:05 and phoned picked at 22:15 and the advisor said again same serial number reset you broadband and within 45min it will work.

But no sign of broadband and by 45min customer service team shut at 11pm.

this morning 11 th  no internet, thinking of cancelling and going back to my 30years of Bt

very long wait wait from phone calls and bad customer service who does not know thier job to solve the problem and no after care service to see if your service up and running.

BIG MISTAKE SIGNING UP FOR VODAFONE.

This is not right @Siraz

All I can advise is to keep on at the dedicated Broadband Team and let the Vodafone Social Media Team here help.

Keep in mind you do have a 30 day filling off network satisfaction guarantee timeframe.

Hi Bandofbrothers,

I don’t think thier dedicated team understands the customer service, as I think they are under staff, too many customers on waiting to be answered, they have deals where more customers signing up and Vodafone customer service team can not handle and this is why very long wait on phone to be spoken by customer Vodafone team.

Broadband customer service team again over and hour wait for your call to be answered and there is no value for our time wasted.

i don’t think Vodafone understand the value of the customer time wasting, frustration, stress and worries.

my family were shouting at me for changing from Bt to Vodafone and no internet all day yesterday.

i have to say my telephone working and got my existing number , so they got this correct, just let me down on Broadband and my children could not load up thier homework, so they will be in detention.

Picture of my router serial number

Get the error message I took picture from my iPhone and would not let me upload the picture. So I typed the serial number above.

Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

Why you supporting Vodafone? I tried to contact with them with false hope. Since 96 hour my home disconnected from phone and broadband. All of my family are angering for switch to VF.  I found lots of people have same issues as mine. Everything disconnected when switching to vF. It is not acceptable. I have no choice I already send a complaint to Ofcom and next will be financial ombudsman. Fingers crossed

Still No internet and i have made total 3 calls and one adviosr syaing 48hrs and another advisor saying 24hrs and now i got a text it will be 13th October.

It is shambles from Vodafone, not a very good start, as they will lose customer, sounds like they are following Talk Talk footsteps.

I asked for credit or compensation, but kept saying very sorry apologies and blame it on Bt Open reach team.

I just do not know who to belive now. One big mistake should of stayed with BT.

Just phoned Vodafone on 08080034515 at 22:00pm and spoke to the advisor and he come out with another excuse, saying there is Hazard on the Green box, so i told him what hazard, he just said Hazard. This green box is outside my house and there is no Hazard at all and there is no Roadwork or anything going on. He is blaming Openreach, as it is nothing to do with Vodafone. But not updating the customer of any delays, until you phone and giving a new date. Funny enough phone was answered within 5 mins this is good news and improvement.

This is giving a bad name to Vodafone and not Openreach. They just blaming openreach, but still no courtesy phone call to update the customer for any delays.

I will just have to cancel the contract and go back with my old provider BT or even Sky.

The date they will give dont take the word for it, as they will come out so many excuses and keep changing date.

you are jsut to wait when you are going to be connected, as you are in a waiting game.

i would advised anyone reading reviews of Vodafone stay away, as it will lose you millions, if you have to run a businesss and relying on Vodafone. They do not have value or care for the customer Time, money and respect.

My advice stay away from Vodafone it is Plague. I now understand how the other colleague feels.

Having the same trouble and no broadband for 9 days . Blaming BT Outreach etc . But can't connect so I have ahd enough I will be terminating my contract ASAP  !!

Come on Vodafone get up your backside and do something about it.

I have already escalated my complaint and no reply from Vodafone.

I have sent and complaint email to ofccom as well.

There is something Vodafone are hiding and not letting the customer know what is going on.

I can not even go home, as all my family are going to shout the hell out of me.

when i did a Private message, i got this reply. so i do not know if she is going to look into this or not.

I am being patience and giving it till Monday and if no Internet it will be canceled for sure, they are jsut messing with our lives, as we have busy lives and i am jsut hooked on to vodafone and ringing them daily and it is nightmare.
