I can't seem to access my Vodafone for home broadband, I haven't been sent out a temporary password yet

Hi @Betht85

 

If you are a new customer, until you have received the first bill and have some billing information to view, you won't be able to access the account.  As soon as your account is up and running, you should be sent this information.

 

The best thing to do is to contact the Team direct, they will be in the best position to answer any questions for you.  Please see the link below.
