I have been trying to set up my person hotspot but when I select the option to set it up it sends me over to the vodafone help page giving me steps of how to do what I have already done it says To enable hotspot on this account and takes me to the help page?? How do I enable it on this account please somebody help me asap

You may need to call Customer Services on 191 and ask for Tethering / HotSpot features to be activated on your Account @Morgmcgowan16
May I also ask if your a Pay Monthly or Payg Customer ?
I ask because although Tethering is permitted on Payg for some reason users using an iPhone on Payg have have had issues getting Tethering to work which is typically the iPhone at issue.
