Good man, I'd be interested in how you did this as the sooner I'm shot of this contract the better.

Hi markm2505,

Shame to hear you've left us :(

In terms of changing the details over you can transfer the contract to someone else if they're happy to take it on for the remaining agreement term, or you can terminate early by paying the reminder owned (VAT exempt). If you'd like to proceed with this, either let us know or simply Contact Us via email.

Hi there Markm2505,

Again just to echo Daz’s thought’s, it’s never nice to see customers leave us, I hope you’ll be back on Vodafone soon.

To get this transferred out of your name, you will need to contact PAYG on 08700 77 66 55 they will be able to change this over for you, you and the person you are changing the contract to will need to be on the line.

Thanks

I see that the general theme here is that people are glad to be back on T-Mobile, in reality much of these companies are similar when it comes to Customer Service. I actually did the opposite and switched from T mobile to Vodafone and the staff on the 191 number have been excellent so far.

My question relates to transferring of a contract.

I have a Storm on £45 month contract, I'm very happy with it, but I'm moving to Spain at the end of August. Ideally I would like to take the whole package with me, but I'm not hopeful this is feasible. Is it a fairly smooth process to transfer the phone and contract to someone else, and what are the first steps I should take.

thanks
