Hi
I have recently upgraded my phone and have swapped sim. I appear to have done this successfully however cannot get a signal within my home - we use a sure signal. I can not access this via My Vodafone as suggested on your you tube clips. There was a similar request on the forum and non of the links work.

@zoe_e1The Sure Signal’s been resynced for you and you won’t need to do anything with this now.
Please make sure to do a hard reset on both phones.

Hi again
Please can you resync again as my partners phone is not working again! Is there anyway I can resync it from my end? Is this going to happen every time I had a new number????
It just seems ridiculous!
At least you are answering these problems - there does not appear to be any other way of accessing support, even your live chat seems to have been offline for nearly a week now!

I did manage to speak to your sure signal department last night and all is now sorted - thanks to all who have tried to get me on track!
