How can I talk to someone about my compliant? will it ever get resolved?

I have a complaint live with Vodafone on both the numbers on my account.

  • I have billing issues and terms and conditions issues with one – the terms that were agreed with me are not the ones they applied – both amount and change policy
  • iPhone 7 – the wrong colour was ordered which they couldn’t change on the day of order but assured me it could be rectified easily and still trying to swap or even agree one for the future

There is a lot more to both stories and I have made 7+ calls adding up to about 6hrs+ on the phone, written a letter, I have even escalated via the internal Friends and Family process – none of which has been acknowledged.

 

Some of the operatives have tried to be helpful and agreed my points and organised ring backs with Customer Relations, both times the calls didn’t happen.  So despite multiple efforts I haven’t managed to talk to anyone who can do anything other than sell something to me.

 

I have been with Vodafone 7yrs+ and have always found their customer service good, had the odd issue before, but they have been quick to resolve.

 

What is going on currently going on with Vodafone?  I have been really disappointed by this experience and not what I expected at all.

 

Has anyone else had a similar experience? 

 

And, if so, did they find a successful route to contact Vodafone and resolution?

Thank you for the number - I had not been able to find that before despite looking

 

Was on hold for 45 minutes, but they did answer and were able to sort both issues out
