How do I stop my M8 vibrating ?

I just don't know where else to look, I've deleted the vibration option wherever I can find it.  It seems to vibrate on incoming emails,  Yahoo and Gmail,  but how to stop it. Thanks.

Hi in gmail have you tried menu, settings, then click on the middle one with your gmail address then there is a section for vibrate.

I am guessing there is something similar in yahoo.
