@Rachel3118 Did you manage to get this sorted?
If you disable the Wi-Fi option on your app, all your devices will be instantly disconnect from the Wi-Fi network and the router will switch off. To reconnect to the Wi-Fi network, press the Wi-Fi button on the side of the router.
