How do you find someone who knows what they are talking about at Vodafone?

Is it just me or do Vodafone make it there mission to treat all there customers appalingly? 

 

Is there a number to call someone at Vodafone who has a clue about customer serice?

 

A simple bill  enquiry (for a mistake from them) has lead to hours of phone calls and still no resolution!

 

In the process we must have spoken to call centres in 3 countries been cut off twice, heard raucous laughter when one call centre was having a party, been given email addresses to complain to that lead to insurance teams who don't want to know, and finally been promised a resolution (as the bills were wrong!)  only to find that person hasn't followed through!!

 

All day their complaints page has been showing Live Chat as down and now the phone number is saying due to technical issues please call back later!  A phone company that don't do calls!!

Why should vodafone customers have to "hang in there"  you make a mistake then make it impossible to resolve!

 

Vodafone is a disgrace and should be struck off by the regulator. 

 

Customers deserve better!!!!  not to "hang in there"

I'm sure you've noticed from my signature I'm a fellow customer too. 

 

The Tech Team here are a small group who help on the forum so it can take a short while for them to read all posts. 

 

Hence why why I said "Hang in there. "

I'm surprised they have any customers left. 

 

My work moved to EE 3 months ago and I'm moving all the family  as soon as I can.

 

15 + years with vodafone. 

 

They may have the best network coverage but that means nothing if they don't treat you like a human being

nothing from Vodafone at all!

 

Last call to an Egyptian call centre ended with an acknowledgement of fault over the bill and an agreed resolution.  However I was promised a text to confirm this within 2 mins of the call ending  that I'm still waiting for.

 

With normal companies I would assume resolution still in place but Vodafone are such a disgrace I don't trust a word from anyone there.

If a resolution has been agreed with you then this will be honoured.

 

Please check your spam/junk folders for the email.

 

Have you been given a timescale for the resolution?

I was promised a text within 2 minutes of call ending.  Same guy had texted me during the call so I know he'd been trained to do this.

 

The resolution is a credit on my wife's bill to compensate for vodafones error in the previous 2 bills.

 

We will never know until the next bill.

 

The same clown said Vodafone don't respond to complaints they use them for internal training!!

Okay, we do respond to complaints so I'm not sure why you've been told that.

 

I can only apologise for that.

 

The best thing to do (I know it's a bit of a wait and you're anxious to get this sorted out) is to wait until your next bill comes out as you said, hopefully it will all be sorted out on that bill.

Hi. @rfrweston the only people who have replied to this issue are customers they don't work for Vodafone so have not made any mistakes and are simply advising the OP to wait for help from the Vodafone team.
