How is it possible to log a complaint to Vodafone? I have tried everything and losing the will!!

I have been on the phone for over an hour, and have been cut off 3 times. I have tried the live chat 4-5 times, but never any availability and finally I went into my local store today and was told the manager was not available. This frustration has added to my original complaint! How can I log my complaint?
