Hi, I recently upgraded to the Huawei mate 10 pro on the £100 cashback offer which meant I could afford to do an early upgrade, the only paperwork I got with the phone was a dispatch note which I sent off to Huawei but they say it's not proof and they need a receipt or invoice but if I don't supply it within 7 days which will be this Friday I will no longer be able to claim it, i have spoken to numerous staff on online chat which say they will fill in a proof of purchase forms and I will get it by e-mail in 2 to 12 hours but I still haven't received anything and I don't see why Vodafone couldn't of sent the relent proof with the phone in the first place seeing as they are promoting the offer

If this was me I would fill it out myself.

Hi thanks for your reply I did fill it out myself on Friday it Said it would take up to 3 working days then the email said it would take 5 working days and customer services are saying 2 to 12 hours some consistency would be nice

Yeah I did just get an email actually saying they just need a couple more bits of info so hopefully it will be resolved shortly thanks for your help

I have my proof of purchase document, I got it through the link.
But Huawei have rejected mine - did they accept yours?

Hi, yeah it was approved after I sent the proof of purchase document but they would of also had the delivery note so I'm not sure if that made a difference

Ah thank you, I collected mine instore so I have no delivery note
