Just wondering how to make a complaint about customer relations? I have been in a dispute with Vodafone for over a month and customer relations have taken over the case. This means no other department can help me. As a result of customer services slow response and not calling back when they said they would. My calls have been restricted. Any advice what to do number next? The original issue was regarding a contract that they gave me that I didn't want or agree to, as advised by customer relations all devices have been handed back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I have spent over 14 hours on the phone/ live chats.

I just looking for my next step to resolve my issue? Surely there is a procedure to make a complaint about customer relations? I don't expect anyone from social media to do anything, I just wanted information on complaints procedures. I really don't want to go to the ombudsman as my issue is a rather simple one that has been blown out of proportion.
