Hi
My wife recently ran a credit check and noticed that she has a default for Vodafone from 2013 for £18. She ended her contract that year (all paid by direct debit) so to find out this default has existed for 4 years without any contact from Vodafone is frustrating.
She has called support who are unable to find any details relating to her account. We have provided numbers, addresses, bank details but support couldn't assist.
Can someone point us in the right direction of getting this resolved ASAP and removing the default.

I certainly understand how damaging a Default can be.
Vodafone are not required to pre warn a person before applying a Default in afraid.
Please let the Social Media Team here catch up with your post and they'll help you with this situation if they can.
In the interim you may find some helpful info in Default-on-your-Credit-File-And-How-to-add-a-Notice-of-Correction.
I hope this is resolved asap for you.
