I was mis-sold a vodafone product that the pay monthly ipad connection had a data cap. But the person did not put a data cap on internet and bill went to £652.
I went to the shop 5 times and and spoke to the customer care for 10 hours, finally escalated to send the deadlock letter. Till data nothing has been sent. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
But this debt was transferred to Zinc debt management for collections. I paid the £972.35 in total and paid in full on 29/11/17 to remove this bad credit and got closure letter from Zinc on 11/12/2017. But in my recent credit report it still showing a balance of £972.
Please see attached.
Could anyone from Vodafone please update my credit file?
