Hi there, a bit of help required.

I closed 2 Vodafone accounts on January 2017, but both are still showing as open on my Experian credit file, how do I get them removed as they're adversely affecting my credit score

Yes I think Customer Services on the phone are better suited to deal with this situation for you.

I can't get through on the phone, as when I ring it asks me to input my mobile number, which I do, but the account was closed a year ago, so it doesn't recognize my number.

Is there an alternative number I can ring to speak to someone directly ?
