Ordered 27/10 now informed will not be before 30/11 looked on Vodafone site says delivery 1to 2 weeks looks like willfullly missleading of customers to me

I'e been involved in five Apple iPhone launches and all of them have experienced both Network and Apple Store launch delays etc. 

It' the unfortunate sad fact of an Apple iPhone launch. 

Stocking levels seem to change drastically in a short period of time.
