I have my S6 edge but order is not complete so my sim isnt working

I preordered the Galaxy S6 edge 64gb on the 7GB red 4g plan and received my device on release, however my order has not went through as complete therefor my sim has not activated. I went in to the local store as well as calling customer services on saturday and i was told it should take up to 48 hours for the issue to be resolved. I am just posting here to see if there is anything else i can do as it is now my 4th day without a working simcard

Im in the same boat. Phone delivered on Friday no service since then. they cant activate the sim as the order has not gone through properly on their systems. Get told 24 hour then 48 hours then a week then 24 hours again.

 

Please vodafone fix it today or at least tell us how we can cancel this contract!

and as i say that mine starts working also lol 

Same story.. started to work ~11am, but still no data connection. Do you have everything working or only calls and text messages?

Just calls and texts.. no data at the mo

Please anyone with the same issue post with the hope a vodafone rep that knows what they are talking about will tell us the truth!

No data for me, but calls are ok. Have been on hold for almost ten minutes now. Why the hell can I do some things but not everything?

I swear to God, Vodafone have caused meet more grief in 5 days than I ever got from Three in the 2 years was with them.

Having given up after being on hold for ten minutes, I thought the best thing to do would be to get a call back.

Received a call back, the guy couldn't locate my number (despite me phoning from it by the way) and he then had me on hold for 25 minutes.

He then comes back on the line saying that part of my line had been built, but not all of it, and he'd call me back within two hours once it had been sorted.

A reminder as to why I'm staying with this shower of useless gits would be welcomed.
