I need proof of usage

Dear Sirs,

 

Further to my discussion with your telephone operator today.

 

Please can you provide me with proof of usage from the first and last date before I barred my phone due to it being lost as I have been asked by my insurance company to provide this information.

You are being told this because they are the only team who can provide what you need. Perhaps ask a friend or colleague to help you get on the cha, it's pretty straightforward.

If your trying on your phone to access Live Chat you cannot.

You'll need to access it from a PC or Mac and leave the chat window open a little while to initialise.

Proof of useage can be obtained by looking out your monthly bills if you're on pay monthly contract or on your 'manage account' if you're on PAYG, either way you will need to log on to the website from your computer to veiw your account details and print out the required information.
