Hi,
As you no longer have a Vodafone account to be able to perform this yourself ,you would need to contact Customer Services.
Ring 191 from your husbands Vodafone phone or from a Computer use Live Chat which is found in the Contact Us Link at the foot of the forum page.
They have account access and should be able to advise you.
Their is no account access via the eforum.
