Hi, can someone help me de-register my sure signal as i can no longer access my online Vodafone account so I am unable to do this, thank you in anticipation.

Hi there
As you no longer have access to your My Vodafone account online, I assume that is because you have left Vodafone? Or perhaps there is an issue with the online account that Vodafone need to look into?
Either way, one of the eForum Team will be able to help you get the SureSignal device deregistered. They'll be in touch in about 24 - 48 hours or so.

I have closed my account with Vodafone and would like to de-register the Sure Signal box. Would you please advise correct procedure.

Hi I have submitted th form as requested. What is the timescale for the de-regisgtering please as this is now urgent. Can I expect an email or a PM advising the de-registering is complete.
