Regarding my Sure Signal not working, I contacted the Vodafone Online Chat. I have a copy of the Transcript.Someone called Rajat said
As I have check the account it is showing for the network there technical update is under process so that you can able to use the Vodafone service properly.
That was a lie because I went onto the Vodafone Network Status and entered my Postcode and it said Everything is fine in your area

When you checked your masts via the Online Checker may I ask if you used the Zoom Out function within the Map to check your surrounding masts.
This could affect your signal as Vodafone perhaps re route network traffic to compensate.
This wouldn't affect how your Sure Signal works as this works off your Home Broadband WIfi to create a 3G signal.
Which Sure Signal Model do you have ?
