IPSec VPN connections via mobile broadband

Hi, 

Can anyone help with a problem connecting to a Cisco IPSec VPN via a Vodaphone mobile broadband unit? Model R216.

I can connect fine to our work VPN via my mobile (non-Vodaphone), and via my normal home fibre broadband (non-Vodaphone) however I cannot connect via this Vodaphone mobile wifi hotspot?

I think it is a IPSec Passthrough problem but cannot see anywhere on the device control panel to enable it.
