IPad Pro Order... Where is it?

I ordered a Ipad Pro 12.9 Inch about 6 weeks ago. No sign of it yet.

Ive called and am always told they have spoken with Finance, DPD, Warehouse etc and it will be with me each week.

 

Can someone please advise if their is a stock issue or when i can expect this?

It definitely sounds like an in-stock avability issue. 

I can certainly understand why you'd be unimpressed at this @krisscott

Communication is key !

Customer Services via 191 are the department who can see stock availability and advise accordingly. Unfortunately it's a case of waiting for the iPad to come back into stock which I hope it does as fast as possible for you.

The item is out of stock online and in stores and is no longer available for home delivery.   However, there are stocks of other ipads.

 

The best thing to do is to have a live chat, they will be able to track the order and advise accordingly.
