I have been a victim of the ifitness scam and Vodafone have been I help what so ever. The only thing they offer is an email and phone number which both are non existing. It would seem that as a provider of a service they do not offer any customer protection and spend more time repeating that they take no responsibility and if that not bad enough, your made to feel like an idiot and are going around clicking links, responding to texts or downloading the app. As far as I was aware if downloading an app to an Apple device you have to go through the Apple store and further more and app costs or subscription then go through Apple not your mobile phone account? What really sickens me is that Vodafone are well aware of this scam and yet still customers are not protected, helped or even offered any real solutions so we are open to more costs or even more scams. Not only am I going to find out what I can do to find out how I stand with this ifitness scam and them fraudulent billing me, but more importantly where I stand when Vodafone are fully aware of this issue and still allow it to happen and offer no protection. This leads me to believe the profit from this in some way. As far as I’m concerned Vodafone are happy for their customers to be victim of a disgusting crime but also are happy for their customers to pay for the privilege. Not only with fraudulent charges but also a 12/18/24 month contract that they know you are tied to. VODAFONE you should be ashamed of yourself for being just as bad/guilty as the disgusting scammers. And be well aware I have no intention of letting either your so called company or your good friend scum bugs.

Hi @Tracyrc I sympathize with your problem. A long thread here about it with some solutions that seem to have worked for some. Good luck.
