Hi gbroti,
Everything looks ok with your local sites.
Can you confirm if there are any other users in the area (not using an iPhone) having the same problem?
@ vics – We’re not aware of any issues with the software, however as this is developed solely by apple we wouldn’t be able to say if this is causing an general issue.
We’re currently investigating each post on a case by case basis.

I am having exactly the same problems as everyone else. I dont know when this problem started but its been for couple of months.... I work from home and my team in field always complain of not able to get hold of me!!
If I switch off and then switch on the phone I will start receiving phone calls or any voice mail.. also wifi will start working otherwise i never know... until there is a voicemail (with 2 to 3 messages) couple of hour later... FRUSTRATING specially if call is from overseas. at one point i had 40 odd messages in 3 days.
I called Apple last week and they did some testing and they asked me to restore my phone etc which I did... still I have same problem..
Have completed all the things suggested throughout this forum & still no joy.
My software is completely up-to-date ie. iOS 7.0.3.
Can anyone help??

Hi guys
The answer is yes! I know of 3 iPhone 5S's all running the latest software and all using Vodafone - and all with the same problem. I know of iPhones from the same batch but running on different networks that appear fine. And I know of other phones that are fine on Vodafone. QED!
It's difficult to test specifics as the problem is intermittent.
I seem to remember someone mentioned that it only happened when wifi was on - has that been checked?

Hi all,
We're still looking into the issue. As has been mentioned, it's only affecting a small number of users which makes it harder to pin down. It also isn't limited to just our network.
--------------------------------------
minibelle - Apologies for the confusion. I can see that you emailed into our team previously.
--------------------------------------
guptaj78 - As mentioned, you will not be able to cancel without paying the early termination fee (ETF).
I'll reply back to the last email you sent with the details for you.
--------------------------------------
Danceking, Witneysi, smartfolk & Stevemct - Try a different SIM in the phone to see if this clears things up. You can pick one up from a store if needed.
Let us know if that helps or not and we can add your details to the ticket if needed

Here's maybe another piece of the jigsaw.
To recap, I'm having the same issue with my 5s - ie calls going straight to answerphone despite a full signal.
Yesterday I installed a Sure Signal - and it's still happening!
Does that give any clues?
I'm now even more frustrated!
