Hi Vodafone,
I just purchased a Pay as you go SIM card and activated it by toping up. The issue is that I cannot take any incoming calls or messages. My phone does not indicate for such, either. On other hand, I have issues with calling out or sending texts.
I activated the card while I am abroud which might have caused some problems! I tried calling 191 but the is no option for my type of problem!

That's may indeed be the problem.
The sim card needs activating while in the UK on the Vodafone UK Network.
Also if your still abroad then the abriad bar maybe in place which needs toggling off. This is typically performed in your online my Vodafone.
If your back in the UK try using Live chat. The link is in my signature below. Regarding 191 try choosing Thinking of leaving.
