How do I get Vodafone to sort out a mistaken credit reference from April 2016? Was originally told it was OK, then it sold to Lowell collection agency which was then returned to Vodafone with apologies from Lowell. Vodafone has still not fixed this as promised which I found out this week after running a credit check. Seriously how can a huge communications company be so incompetent? Do I really need to take this to Nick Jeffery CEO of Vodaphone UK to get resolved!! Account Number was [Removed] Hint - Look closely there were 2 numbers linked to this account.
Original [Removed] then switched to [Removed] due to faulty sim card !!! Never missed a payment.
Can someone inside Vodafone get this fixed PLEEEASE
