Yesterday I opened a topic in which I was asking for info on the pricing and instead of an answer that post has been deleted.
Well, if this is how vodafone care about customers I have had my answer.

Can't help with why a post might have been deleted but you need to use the main contact page, http://www.vodafone.co.uk/contact-us/# then you can either speak / chat to someone or if you click on 'Broadband' you'll get a sub menu and if you take any of those options you'll get details on charges

I had to post here because the conversation with the live chat felt kind of fishy and I wanted the opinion of mods / other users as well.
Doesn't matter, forum etiquette exists since the 90's and everyone that want an healthy community knows that you don't delete post. You lock them eventually.

Yes strange that posts have been deleted but I've seen that comment elsewhere in threads, I half wonder if there's an automated system keeping an eye on us or a glitch in the Community system. I even had one disappear which may have infringed the rules but I reposted exactly the same text and it's still live so I don't know. Anyway I thought from your original post you were after general info and hadn't managed to get to the right link (if you start from the front page you get a different set of options when you click on the 'Broadband' option than you do from the contact page) so by all means if you do have specific questions the Community should be able to help ................................
