Hi,
I have upgraded today to an iphone 6 64gb (£53.50 per month) and it comes with Sotify Premium free for 2 years.
The order confirmation email came through very quickly but I have yet to receive a text that enables me to choose Spotify (or Sky Sports or Netflix)
Discussed this with an online chat member of staff and he told me to text ENTERTAINMENT to 97613 and then to follow the link. Now when I do this it does indeed have the Spotify Premium selection option but tells me this will cost £9.99 per month (the first month being free). The online agent has told me to ignore this and assured me I will not be charged the additional premium each month- I have not yet done this as I am rather dubious!
Please could someone confirm this is correct - surely the Vodafone systems should have picked up that I have now successfully upgraded to the new tariff and that there is no charge for 24 months.

I have this morning received a text from Vodafone with a link that takes me to a page that details the offer as being free on my new tariff and my Spotify account has been upgraded to premium.
Shame that nobody at Vodafone could have just explained it would arrive in due course!!
Patience is a virtue I guess.

My upgrade went through about 6pm last night and I only received the text late this morning.

Same here the Wife was able to gift 6 months credit to the Netflix account but no option for free spotify package and her existing Spotify account free with her account has a few days ago (for no reason that we can see) gone back to a free version!
Not impressed with the account being dropped to free or not having the option to have Spotify when paying for it (Please don't give us the well its a extra and we should be grateful for, we pay for it as Vodafone is not a charity and knows it has to add packages like this to give it an advantage over its rival carriers.
We have had nothing but trouble with the Spotify having vodafone and spotify charge us for no reason plus it drop back to free for no reason with very poor help documentation on the subject plus very hard to find information about the Spotify account being dropped to free.
Hoping soon its resolved as for a package on a phone which is just suppose to work it seems a lot of effort.

isn't it a case that you get your entertainment packs once youve received your phone? I am waiting till i get my phone to setup spotify etc - my chat advisor said you couldn't get it earlier? (currently im not on Vodafone but joining vodafone for Iphone 6)
