Iphone 7 Nearly New ordered....

Hi, 

I ordered a Nearly New Iphone 7 - Black - 32gb online with someone on the online chat direct on Vodafones website. Surprised it came so quickly which was great!!

Pack was handed over and thought was a little slim, but opened up the pack and it contained the following ONLY -

• Sim Card
• Sim card/Phone pin opener
• Iphone 7 as stated above in slim line box
• Lightening cable

I was upon the thinking that things may be missing, and looked direct with Apple and i believe it should have the ear buds/headphones also, not to mention the simple thing as the main plug adapter??? 

Any help regards this?

From the FAQs page. 

"Nearly New phones, iPad and tablets come in a Vodafone-branded box containing the device, USB charging cable and a SIM pin, if one is required."

"If you need any other accessories, visit our accessories shop"

You could speak with customer service but from the FAQs page it appears not all typical in the box accessories are included.

Please dont buy one of these plugs online from auction sites unless buying from Vodafone or Apple online.

Highstreet Shops such as CEX sell these for below £10.

Its important an original is used for safety reasons.
