I sent my phone off two weeks ago on the 21.5.16 from a Vodafone store to be fixed and I picked it up today and it's still not working, and has the same issues.
What happened was that it ran out of battery one night so i charged it overnight. The next morning the screen said it was 100% but the phone was still off, and when i unplugged it and tried to turn it on with no luck. So i sent it off to be fixed, but i don't know what the issue was.
It's a Samsung Galaxy S6 and is still in warranty.
I'm unable to take the phone back into the shop today, but should i take it back to the shop to be sent off again? I've been without it for two weeks and don't really want to be without it for another two weeks!
Thanks in advance, sorry if I've posted on the wrong category.

Hi
Sadly phones don't like to have their battery discharged fully
Sometimes trying another charging cable help.
Or if possible a Hard Reset although this could wipe the information in the phones storage memory.
I would suggest approaching Samsung via their online uk support and or look to see if there is a Samsung Service Location near you.

I agree with BandofBrothers. However, it does seem rather mind-boggling that the phone could come back from repair still not switching on. It does make you wonder how the repair centre got it to work - assuming they did...

I am using a smartphone Samsung galaxy S3. Facebook, Skype, Twitter & Viber are in my daily usage. From last 3 weeks, I am facing battery backup issues So I want to know who can I overcome this problem without changing my current battery.

An S3 is quite old in phone terms, so it could well be that your battery is nearing the end of its life. At least the batteries on earlier Samsungs are easy to replace, and you should be able to pick one up for a tenner or so. Beware of cheaper ones.
